About This Spot

Stepping into Sushi Palace feels like discovering a quietly vibrant corner of Summit where the delicate art of sushi takes center stage without pretense. Nestled on the second floor of a modest building, the space welcomes you with an unhurried warmth, blending simple elegance and a well-lit ambiance that invites both intimate dinners and lively gatherings. There’s a gentle rhythm here—orders come steadily, plates arrive thoughtfully, and conversation flows with ease.

At its heart, Sushi Palace offers a sincere celebration of classic and creatively spiced rolls, alongside a la carte sushi and sashimi choices that reflect a commitment to freshness and balance. The experience is curated around those moments when a familiar favorite roll meets a surprise new flavor, each bite unfolding layers of texture and subtle spice. Whether you’re sharing an all-you-can-eat feast or savoring a handpicked assortment from the sushi bar, the rice is impeccably tender and the fish maintains a clean, fresh quality that feels reassuringly consistent.

What stands out here is the pace and attentiveness: the service feels personal without being intrusive, creating a space where diners can enjoy the flow of the meal naturally. There’s an understated joy in watching a group interact over shared plates, occasionally pausing to appreciate details like a tangy dipping sauce or the crispness of a tempura roll. The dining room itself speaks of care—spotlessly clean and inviting—reinforcing the ease that makes many return again and again.

For those who appreciate sushi not just as food but as a shared experience, Sushi Palace quietly crafts a sense of place that feels both familiar and refreshingly unforced. It’s the kind of spot where casual meets thoughtful, and each visit unfolds like a small discovery among friends.

Have been going here for years! Fresh great sushi with a lot of variety to choose from. Definitely worth the price for all you can eat. Recommend this place to many people.

From the jump, I knew it was going to be a great dinner. The service is amazing, very attentive & considerate. The food comes out at the perfect time, we ordered calamari which came with this tangy sauce that was soooo good. Seaweed salad and mushroom soup, all the best before we got to the sushi. The sushi had a fresh taste and the rice was cooked phenomenally. 11/10 check them out and get the green tea ice cream

What a cool place! A fun way to order and eat as a group. Tons of different options and everything was delicious! The red bean ice cream was my fave! Friendly staff... will definitely he going back soon!

The sushi was quite good, and the variety was abundant. Sushi comes a piece at a time, not 2, but is very fresh. The rolls are delicious, but could be wrapped a little tighter. The all you can eat option, IMHO, makes the most sense, unless you eat very little. Two special rolls can approach the price of that option. Worth the visit and plenty of space.

This place was amazing. Found this by mistake. Was going to goto the pizza place but it said the dining room was closed. I didn't even know the sushi place was there until my kids saw it. The food was amazing and the people were so nice. The place was SOOOOOOO CLEAN, the floors you could eat off of. As we sat down, right on the menu it said ALL YOU CAN EAT. This was like hitting the lotto. The food was fresh, the SOUP was aMAZING fresh and Hot. You NEED to try this place you won't be disappointed.

It's BYOB. Came for the $33 all you can eat. Great choice. Everything was delicious. The food came quickly. Great service. Plenty of seating. No wait time. Will be here again.

Prices are right, service is great, food is tasty and fresh! Plenty of varieties of sushi that are all made fresh and taste great. Definitely recommend! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They are also constantly cleaning the booths before seating more people. There's a variety of lunch combos which is also great to see!
